Thank you for shopping with Euphoria Integrated Health and Wellness! Our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us but some scenarios may be out of our control. Please read below to find out if your item is returnable.
Products may only be exchanged and only within the allotted time. We do not offer cash back, debit/credit returns or any form of returned payment to you once an order is placed. We will only replace your products with new items of an equal value. You will be charged for any remaining balances.
In store
Flower: Once your payment goes through, flower including but not limited to pre-rolls and bogies cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Smokables: Unopened vapes, cartridges and related items can be exchanged within 5 days of your purchase. Opened items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Ingestibles: Unopened capsules, gummies, candy and related items can be exchanged within 3 days of your purchase. Opened packages cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Lollipops are unable to be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased regardless of opening.
Topicals: Unopened lotions, salves, roll-ons, and related items can be exchanged within 10 days of your purchase. Opened bottles, jars, seals, etc will not be accepted for returns, refunds, or exchanged.
Pantry food: Once purchased, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of the pantry items including but not limited to all drinks, snacks and teas.
Accessories: Unopened accessories including vaporizers, mods, pieces and related items may be returned at any time within 10 days of your purchase. Opened seals, boxes, plastic, etc. cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Grinders, trays, and apparel cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged at any time after purchasing.
Pet: You have 10 days to return any unopened pet items. Open, ripped, or unsealed products may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged at any time. Pet toys are excluded as they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
You have 7 days from your delivery to contact us with issues. If you have any problems within the allotted time, we will assess the situation as need be. We do not offer cash back, only exchanges for product(s) of equal value. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on flower or smokables. In the rare case that a product needs to be returned, you will be responsible for sending it back to us and the costs included. If you order online and choose the "pick-up" option, you have 14 days from receiving your confirmation email to retrieve your items. We take pride in being efficient, your order is fulfilled as soon as we see it therefore if a paid pick-up order is left after the 14-day period, you will be charged a 20% restock fee then refunded the rest of your payment if applicable. If there is a unique circumstance, please call or email us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Not only do we travel for most shows but we also offer special pricing at every event we attend. Due to these reasons, there are absolutely no refunds for products sold at shows. All sales at any event are final despite the above in-store and online shopping policies.
For any product to qualify to be exchanged, it MUST be in its original packaging and condition and within the allotted time shown above. Please read thoroughly, each product is different. We are always here to help and to answer any questions you may have; most issues are a user error so please reach out if you have problems and we will do everything we can to resolve them.
